When your customers sharing there review and you are saying that they are not in your data base this is the worst thing that you are deliberating if your employee made and mistake then accept it even I faced same situation we are not here to give fake reviews it's just we are telling you about the flaws you are having and one more I wants to say stop using that hand gestures if someone is taking time to cut customers hairs it's make your customer conservative

Not satisfied. The barber cut my hair as per HIS liking of style. I asked for a very professional office cut. I got a punter cut. 👎🏻 Sorry for the lowest rating but I can’t help it.
