GYM RULES

• Dress appropriately. Know the gyms dress code and make, sure clothing and footwear is clean and
correct for exercise.>
• Never drop or throw weights - if you can’t put it dawn nicely, don't pick it up in the first place.
• Ask a staff member or YOUR ASST trainer or TRAINER if you need a “spot.
• Exerienced members please don’t refuse to “spot” sameone if asked
• Always alaw other members to “work in" between your sets on a machine or bench
• Return weights, plates, bars and dumbbells to the correct place after use - don't be the person
everyone else hates in the gym by leaving plates on bars & machines or the Har.
• Alease use the cleaning stations provided and wipe down machines & benches alter use.
Don't be hero. Leave your ego at the door. Only lift what you can, when you can.
• Fee : NON REFUNDABLE or NON TRANSFERABLE
• for gym holds NO responsibility for loss of valuables or money kept in the lockers. The lockers are used
solely at the risk of the members.
• Members with medical problems should declare their ailments in writing along with a doctor's
certificate,
• Before starting any exercise program
• Membership transfers to others one will not be permitted
• Members are requested to change into their work - out shoes, after coming to the Fitness
Centre in order ta maintain hygiene.
• Children below the age (2 are strictly prohibited from entering the facility. Members aged
• between 13 to 18 years should be accompanied by parent/guardian or should declare a written authorization
from the parent/quardian whe is responsible for such minor members.

Workout at your own risk, ur gym is na responsible for any kind of Injuries happen at Gym premises.
• INDIVIDUALS NOT ADHERING TO THESE RULES MAY BE ASKED
TO LEAVE.
• MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REVOKE OR CANCEL
•MEMBERSHIP OF REPEAT OFFENDERS.
